I've been using Tcl on and off (sadly, mostly off) since 2001, almost exclusively as a hobbyist as opposed to in a professional capacity
I'm currently (Feb. 2010) working on a platform for developing desktop apps using web technologies, comprised of tclkit, hv3 and uhttpd.tcl (from the Thread package)

I am now working on using DeskML or at least the underlying Hv3 browser as the foundation for an ebook reader implemented in Tcl
