 Description: Paul Obermeier's Portable Software utilities are a variety of
        interesting tools.  They include poBitmap (manipulate X bitmaps),
        poDiff (compare two directories graphically), poImgdiff (compare
        two images side by side), poImgview (display images). Paul also
        has his own image extension, some interesting patches to photo and
        glob, and precompiled Tcl for IRIX and Windows.
