Small test page for "double encoding" problem with utf-8/iso8859-1.

Claim: It is at the server end things go wrong.

Proof: Capture data going to and from the server, over a couple of edit cycles. The party that does the double encoding is the guilty one.

Some letters with diacritics to garble:
   aacute:   á
   eacute:   é
   ntilde:   ñ
That should do.
