This is a generic wish list that is not linked to any specific version or extension

While Komodo IDE probably answer this requirement, I think in more recent versions they started dropping support for Tcl, that and this IDE is very unreasonably priced

This is likely to be tricky without a primary repository - but I guess in theory we could either have separate plugins for different distributions e.g tcl-bawt, tcl-magicsplat, tcl-activetcl  or perhaps a single plugin to support multiple repositories and put an identifier in with the version number(?)
