This is a generic wish list that is not linked to any specific version or extension 


   * IDE support
   * Help system similar to powershell
   * Module repository similar to Perl's CPAN

While Komodo IDE probably answer this requirement, I think in more recent version they started dropping support for Tcl, that and this IDE is very unreasonably priced
