A project presented as a Work In Progress at the Twelfth Annual Tcl/Tk Conference. The main goal of the Stargus Project is to develop a highly compact and portable virtual computing environment, based on the Tcl/Tk platform. Several Stargus sub-projects have already been announced, including Cryptkit, tequila (actually T2 and T3), and Vlerq. More to come.
