Fink is a SourceForge project to produce and distribute binary packages for MacOS X environments. They provide a package for Tcl/Tk - see: http://fink.sourceforge.net/pdb/package.php/tcltk
Perhaps someone on the wiki can work with these folk to get some of the other useful extensions packaged up?
