Description: An IRC bot written in C which uses Tcl as the script language.
Designed to sit on an IRC channel and take protective measures to
keep the channel from being taken over, to enforce banishments,
provide privledged operations, etc.

The colortable program is a tutorial reference showing how to
output colors in your own scripts.
The limitscript allows your eggdrop to limit the channel on which
it is staying.
