RS has done great work pulling together [L1 ]. Wiki users will find much of the contents familiar, as I've started from a number of my Wiki pages, but rewriting them to be more "bookish", and added content in between. - 2006-09-23: much cleaning up, trying to restructure the table of contents, and adding a bit here and a piece there.
Still lots to do - everybody is welcome to contribute! That is a Wiki after all. Just stick to "bookish" style, not the "he said - she said" lively dialogues we have on this Wiki :^) Also note that on edits you confirm that you wrote the new content yourself, so don't go pasting other people's works...
