[RS] has done great work pulling together [http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Programming:Tcl].
Wiki users will find much of the contents familiar, as I've started from a number of my Wiki pages, 
but rewriting them to be more "bookish", and added content in between.

Still lots to do - everybody is welcome to contribute!
