Source Navigator is an IDE tool that was created by Cygnus, then moved to Red Hat when Cygnus was purchased. It has since been released under the GPL. The project has moved to SourceForge and has released a new stable 5.1 version. The 5.1 release includes the long awaited upgrade to Tcl/Tk 8.3.http://sourcenav.sourceforge.net/
