Hi, yet again, an initiative for the electronics department, some more measurement widgets that I have been working on lately. The below namespace is part of a much more elaborate library of widgets to be included in tG² in the near future. This is work in progress, but already usable, and serves well as an early demonstrator.

Things in the pipeline:
  - knob switches
  - flip switches
  - LED of various sizes and properties
  - Different sizes of meters
  - all to be inlcuded into the layout editor for user to pick-and-place in the toplevel layout

If you are interested in pursuing making your own background images for your widgets, I can recommend MS Word 2013's many reconfigerable & insertable drawing objects. I always used a more professional tool for image editing & creation, but as it turns out Word is powerfull as well for the smaller jobs, here a screenshot of the compund meter-widget:
