Tclish is a highly configurable installer that can be used to install just about any application. Previously, it was used as an installer on the Tcl Blast CD. There is a Sourceforge project [1] and a mailing list (see the sourceforge site) that is being used to discuss general issues relating to Tcl Based Installers.
